Greetings Tridentians! I am happy to now reveal the plans we have for celebrating Trident's 2nd birthday this weekend. There will be lots of great prizes to be won, and more importantly, fun to be had! We want to focus on our diversity by having events for one of our divisions each day this weekend, so even if you normally don't play a particular game, this is a great chance to try it out! (NB if you want to participate in the minecraft event, you need to sign up today or tomorrow!) To participate you will need to have teamspeak. You do NOT need a microphone, and you do NOT even need to speak regardless if you have one or not, but we will be using teamspeak exclusively for all the events even if all you do is listen so make sure to download and set it up. It is extremely easy to set up, just follow the steps explained here: https://tridentoutfit.com/ts Before proceeding to the details I just want to urge everyone to spread the word so we can get as many people as possible in Trident to participate in the event. Contestants will be divided into two teams (or 4, if we have a lot of players) for the first stage of the match, where the objective is to be the last team standing. If we have 4 initial teams, the last 2 surviving teams will then face each other. The winning team is then spread across the (battle-damaged?) city to fight it out in a free-for-all. To win, all you have to do is not die - easy, right?
