    Hey guys,

Lately we've had quite a few people start playing with TR and NC outfits on Cobalt using alternate characters. The council has had a good long discussion about this and we have decided to amend the rules and regulations to add a clause regarding alternate characters. The new clause (#6) is titled Alternate Characters and sets out the new official policy on alternate characters. Please make sure you all read it and understand it. As always, breaking any Trident rule can result in disciplinary measures up to and including expulsion from Trident.

It forbids people from creating new TR or NC characters on Cobalt and it also forbids people with pre-existing TR or NC characters on Cobalt from playing with TR or NC Cobalt outfits. There are no plans to add a rule altogether banning people from playing pre-existing TR or NC characters on Cobalt, just from playing with outfits.

As soon as server transfer tokens are implemented we highly recommend you all transfer your TR or NC characters on Cobalt to an alternative server.

The main reason behind this decision is the need to keep play honest and fair for all players on all empires on Cobalt. The second reason is to keep "4th faction gameplay" out of Trident because we feel our members should be proud of the Vanu faction!

As always, the rules may be found at viewtopic.php?f=18&t=204

    Thanks,
    The Trident Council
