Ask to have your password reset, there should be a function like that, right? For some reason, the first e-mail won't go out... It's awesome.

Suggestion from my side.

As you know. After deinstalling ArcheAge, the hackshield is not removed. Try following steps For a clean deinstallation.

1. After deinstallation go to Programs(x86)/Glyph/Games/ erase the folder Archeage
2. For some reason i had a second folder on C:/ArcheAge if you have it, erase it.
3. Go to C:/User/your Username/Documents erase ArcheAge
now comes the registry part

start "regedit" go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER erase folder AhnLab.
Then go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER Software/Microsoft/Current Version/Applets/Regedit there is a entry line with the HackShield folder, erase it.
Again HKEY_CURRENT_USER Software/Microsoft/Current Version/Applets/Wordpad/Recent File List there are two entrys with the name File1 and File2 they have the ArcheAge folder and the hshield folder. Erase it.

If you are extremly paranoid download GMER.

Edit: I only hope they fix this HackShield problem, because i like this game very much!
