Greetings Trident! As of today @AatsjDee and @TheFatherlessChild will be stepping down as directors in Trident due to time limitations. The Trident Council would like to thank them both for their contributions as Planetside 2 Director and Planetside 2 Ops Director respectively. You have both done a lot to keep Trident's original and still most popular game division on the right track. As for filling their shoes we are happy to announce that the new Planetside 2 Director is @Djupfryst, and the new Planetside 2 Ops Director is @Zonalia. These are both long term members most of you will already know if you play Planetside. Needless to say (but i will anyway) we think both these fine gentlemen will do an excellent job. So don't forget to give your thanks to TFC and HD, and your congratulations to DJ and Zon next time you see them! Lastly Aatsjdee has expressed his intention to lead a special platoon on December 22nd. Both to celebrated the conclusion of his tenure as director and also the 3rd year anniversary of his character creation in PS2. We think this is a great idea and encourage everyone to show up! -The Council
Thanks to TheFatherlessChild and AatsDee you have been great as division leads and i hope i can be as competent as you guys have been. I will also bid a warm welcome to the ARK: Survival evolved Division and its new director Critor
Yeah thx TFC and HD. Still remember how we got the Ops started again and how we built up the old training system. You couldve helped me a bit more with kicking but whatever. Hope youre gonna come back soon and play a bit of PS2 with us
Thanks for the great opportunity, and the kind words. Thanks to everyone who gave me the chance to do this by actually showing up for every serversmash training. Good luck to Zon and Dj, you are in very capable hands with them. I hope to see you on the 22nd to celebrate me not being important anymore. See you on the battlefield and don't forget to shoot me message when you're doing a sunderer race, because I still need to win those.
congratz to everyone. Right in 22nd i cant make it, i'd love to join, but plans . Anyways have a nice platoon then and thanks for making this game much more tactical. also i wish you two to make more free time as well as succeeding in studies, businesses or whatever is taking that time .
guys... Srsly... they're not gonna die. they just don't have that much time.. Just come play ps2 whenever possible you two
Part of the initiation ritual to become a director is to hand over your life and soul. By stepping down you lose both.
some sacrifices did had to be made. I mean a gaming community doesn't grow as large or as powerful as ours that fast without a few demonic deals in place.
The beyond isn't as bad as they say. Life as an Einherjar is definitely worth writing home about, if I could.
You a sound like you have been taken over by the forces of chaos. Kill the heretics in the name of the emperor!
To be an Einherjar you would need a soul... which you don't have anymore (remember the initiation ritual? it was your life AND your soul that you vowed to Trident)
